These are selling on Trade Me... If I had a spare $1300 I would soooo get one - even if it meant having to shoot compound! The main drawback I can see is the ROF; put one of these up against a paintball gun (and I don't mean standard semi-auto, but the older pump action ones), and you'd get pasted. The plus side would be less ammo and no gas required = less maintenance and cheaper in the long run. Hey, I wonder if we could get together enough club members for a game of paintball? Are there any good fields in Wellington?

yes there is two and one has a gattling gun which the owners use to defend a fort. always up for paintball. could be a social event. the family would also be up for it. better if you have 20 + then you can have the whole place

You can afford archery? What's your secret? Seriously though, we should get a team together and have a go... although I would definitely prefer warmer weather. Winter reduces the fun factor and increases the pain factor when you get hit.
