I thought i will kick start this media category with photos. There are 2 photos of me from recent club shooting (practicing for WAA 600) which could be useful for Tony to use in his little archery software stuff. My elbow might be a little bit high Notice the arrow leaving in front of the bow:

tony, you need to upload the photo to a site like photobucket.com and then they provide you some code that you copy and paste into your post, its not as difficult as it sounds i.e.

Here is the same picture went through James Park archer analysis program (courtesy of Tony If Tony would be good enough to explain some numbers here it would be appreciated (e.g. like body bend, arm angle- such and such- good or bad and why, that sort of thing?)

Hi Russki, Lets not get too technical here , but your draw arm elbow is 43mm to high (its not much)body angle is only 1 deg too far forward, (again not much) heads level (some people would argue that :-)) Your foot spacing should be between 110% and about 200%, the thumb angle is having your thumb level and pointing in a relaxed manner pointing at the target -3deg down is neither here or there. Bow arm straightness, here you need to push your bow arm and straighten the slight kink you have upwards once again only 8mm. Cheers Tony as a coach I am extremely pleased with the photo and your performance, I would only want you to make small changes so you don't develop any bad habits. first lower your draw arm thats all !!!!! then we see whats happened .The other things may change in any case. Archery is repeat repeat till its automatic and stays constant in your natural shooting.
